Pay Rate $16.00 - $19.00 Overview

As a Sales Manager at our Golden Valley franchised location,* you'll join a wellness community that's 35,000 strong.

Job Responsibilities:

As a team, we're committed to delivering on the Massage Envy brand promise—we help you take care of you—every day to clients and employees alike. Being a team leader means bringing everyone together to work cohesively toward that goal. Daily work in this role includes:

  • Promoting the benefits of a membership to guests by educating on body care and skin care services, as well as leading retail skin care products.
  • Assisting with membership management by addressing questions and concerns and contacting members regarding their services and payments.
  • Providing excellent service to members/guests by answering phone calls, checking members in and out for appointments, setting appointments, greeting members/guests upon arrival and guiding the sales and customer service team to positively resolve customer challenges.
  • Assist Clinic Manager with administrative tasks such as data entry and report management and managing inventory and deposits.
  • Empower the front desk team by setting clear expectation, provide ongoing training and mentorship, and reviewing performance regularly as well as work the clinic manager to set performance goals and work with the team to achieve them.
  • Creating a strong workplace culture where all employees feel valued, good work is recognized, issues are resolved quickly and fairly, and everyone feels connected to the mission.
